The African Leadership Excellence Foundation exists to discover, develop and empower leaders and change makers with integrity and substance across the African continent; with the ultimate goal of engendering social change and transformation. African Leadership Excellence Foundation is a social enterprise and human capital development organization with focus on building and developing a strong Human Capital pool for Africa through empowerment, research and professional skills and knowledge transfer programs, projects and initiatives across the continent.
A.L.E.F is aimed at raising leaders across multiple sectors through practical skills development, mentorship programs, capacity building workshops and events. Our goal is to help shape the future of Africa by providing quality leadership training that ultimately seeks to address the apparent gaps and challenges that confronts the continent on various levels, providing sustainable solutions that drive growth and development.
