What drives our work
We are an organization whose core values revolves around leadership, professionalism and continuous improvement. We work in collaboration with Governments and Multilateral organizations to support leadership development and youth policy across Africa, promote continuous professional development and provide a platform for young people from all over Africa to be empowered.
Our flagship leadership development initiative; Youth Empowerment & Leadership Development in Africa Series provides uniquely great opportunities for young people from across the continent to network, share ideas on development of the continent and build strategic partnerships aimed at business sustainability, profitability, growth and expansion- taking advantage of the environment that the operationalization of the Africa Continental Free Trade Area has created.
We undertake research on critical areas of governance and leadership, strategic management, economic and social policy among others. We are an organization that believes that effective leadership drives organizational development and are fully committed to contribute towards finding permanent solutions to Africa’s leadership challenges. Our work cut across industries. We work with corporate bodies, governments, educational institutions, industrial groupings, religious organizations among others.
We have a number of events and schemes through which we honour and recognize Achievers and leaders who demonstrate selfless, effective and inspiring leadership in their areas of endeavour such as the West African Leadership Excellence Awards, African Youth Leaders Ball etc.
